My T-Mobile Galaxy Note 2 SGH-T889 phone is stuck in reboot mode and download mode during and after system update.

OS: Lollipop Phone: T-Mobile Galaxy Note SGH-T889 Carrier: MetroPCS

When I press the Volume-up + power button + Home button it takes me back the recovery screen with the Android Icon after it loads it takes me to the start reboot screen that displays the black screen with the name of the phone and it blinks periodically.

I’ve tried cutting off the phone by disconnecting the phone battery since it won’t turn off and then pressing the Volume up button + the Power button + the Home button but it takes me to the reboot screen only.

When I press the Volume Down button + Power button+ home button I get the Warning screen informing me that  “A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications and it gives me the option to press the volume up buttom to continue with installation or press the volume down button to Cancee (restart phone) When I push the Volume up button the download starts but get stucks as well.
