The idea is that they are projecting the document onscreen for a presentation, and need to click around, plus have all trainees at their individual workstations and/or on their personal devices access the document anytime anywhere.
Dropbox? Looks like it only allows end users to download the doc, but not to just access it online and throw it up on a screen with clickable links. Google sites? Not enough space. Google docs? Too large to upload. (It’s only like 23 megs right now, so I don’t get it. . . )
