How Do You Copy Product Image Text Files From A Website

I want to be able to do this process as fast as possible, possibly copy entire website. I want to be able to edit the text and move images and text to where I decide. I want to be able to update and add to this catalog. I do not need a shopping cart, but an order form would be nice. I’d like to categorize these items and have the products be searchable.
