I don’t know how to ’turn on’ or ’enable’ bluetooth which is combo with wireless. The ’turn on’ key on the keyboard won’t turn blue. I have tried 3 restore points, my Bluetooth and also Wireless in the Control Panel, troubleshoot and variety other things. Obviously can’t connect to Internet. Help!!
